Tami During hurricane sandy, I had to take my dog out to park. I was in an alley way between two buildings, which acted like a funnel making the wind gust verry strong. My dog did not get picked up by the wind, but, he did not appreciate it much, deciding to do his business in the lee of a bollard instead of facing into the wind.
