[nagdu] Guide Dog Goes Missing In Dallas

I hope she gets her dog back OK. This should be a cautionary tale for
anyone who justs lets their dog out in a back yard. Anything can happen.
Especially around the Fourth of July! There is so much that can befall a
dog these days that they shouldn't be out alone in a yard - EVER.

Here in CA, I used to know an owner whose guide dog was put out in the
owner's yard and it got poison meat thrown into the yard. The dog died.
One can't be too careful.
