[nagdu] National Convention--my opinion

Well, I just crawled under those things anyway! At convention however, not 
everyone has to deal with the relief areas. We wouldn't want them to become 
smelly and slushy! And, last I knew, they don't have to worry about most 
humans going outside. There are some folks who for some reason don't pick up 
the poop or hose down the urine. After a week, those boxes if not maintained 
would be aweful!
