Hi Dar,

I  think you should take your dog to the vet and have his paw looked att 
especially if it's swollen.  I'm sorry to here your dog got his paw stepped 
on and the person didn't appologise for it. Some people can justt be so rude 
and mean. Do keep us posted to how your dog is doing after you have taking 
your dog to the vet to have his paw looked at. Take care.
