Hi Marion,
Can you give me the contact information for the person at TSA?
The TSA security  took her cochlear implant batteries from her luggage 
not her carry-on bag and she needs to file a complaint.  She has flown 
before has not had a problem.  Without those batteries she is truly 
Deaf-Blind!
