[nagdu] PA division call and trouble hearing

Hi Marsha,
You can get TTY or Instant Relay that would help.  A woman on the list 
(Shannon Dyer) has captioned the GDF and NAGDU calls for me and other 
Deaf-Blind guide dog users but you would have to ask her yourself.
