Hi, everyone.  Here's the link to info on the air carrier access act hotline
and the way to file a complaint.  Hope that folks who have airline problems
will make use of this.  

Tina, call the hotline first, state your complaint, ask that someone from
the airline get in touch with you--DOT will contact the company.  Also file
a formal complaint either via the web or via mail.
