Subject: [nagdu] bad smoke detector blamed for causing doggy accident
Hi, all,
Sub says it all.
Odie had an unfortunate accident in the living room this morning.
It was all due to a grand new smoke detector which began to malfunction
around 5:00 AM this morning.
It was bad enough to where it scared him and the accident happened.
He was also worried as if the beeping wasn't going to stop, that I would
suddenly have a convulsive grandmal seizure right on the spot.
On-call emergency maintenance came and replaced the detector and he was able
to show me where Odie's accident was in the living room.
Accident cleanned up and I hold no hardship toward my four-legged furry
partner as it really wasn't his fault.
Odie did feel really bad upon hanging his head in embarrassment as to say,
"Mommy! I'm sorry!"
I told him he wasn't in any trouble and that he was a good boy upon the
accident not happening on purpose.
I've noticed that since he will be ten years old, he's becoming more
sensitive to noise or just sounds in general, so will definitely need to
keep an eye out on that one.
I did find out from the vet yesterday that he can have bananas, but on a
once in a while occasion.
So, we'll take a little trip down to 7 11 where I can buy him one banana
this morning.
Odie and I will probably do a trip out to Wal-Mart in Wheatridge, Colorado
as I do need to get some more Resolve Carpet Stain Remover.
Good I planned it for today while our apartment is being sprayed.
Well, hope everyone has a good day as Odie and I will try our best to do so.
Bibi and son Odie
