I agree, Buddy.  The Seeing Eye layoffs were not the result of a huge
problem like the GDB issues.  I don't think we can compare the two schools'
issues very well.

But the staff layoffs aren't what the letter was more generally addressing.
In the case of GDB, the staff layoffs were, it sounds like, just a byproduct
of a much bigger problem.
