[nagdu] Update: Training Programs at NAGDU Meeting

When I went to piolet I asked about this myself.
I was told that the instructors did the traffic checks, where piolet 
felt with traffic the way it is, the dog would go in front no matter what.
I felt better knowing that the dogs learned how to do this kind of work.
