Eve, she needs to check out her State access laws first which should be
found on the www.NAGDU.org site.  This is why handlers need to become
familiar with not only the Federal laws provisions surrounding access to
places of public accommodation, but more importantly state laws as sometimes
they might have even greater protections.

My friend in Georgia was trying to rent a cabin for the weekend and was
refused because of her guide dog. They gave her the excuse that there might
be future customers that are allergic. What steps does she d to take? Is
there a first comtact that someone could suggest? Eve
