[nagdu] dog refused

Eve,
Since Georgia law makes it a second degree misdemeanor to refuse the
goods and services of a public accommodation because of a person's
disability and their choice to use a servicer dog, the complaint should be
filed with the local police department. One will likely face the resistance
of law enforcement to file such a complaint, as they will likely assert it
is a civil matter. Being armed with the law I have attached to this message
and a previous one will help persuade them of the error of their thinking.
Again, if there is anything I can do to help, do not hesitate to get in
touch with me.

Fraternally yours,
Marion Gwizdala, President
