[nagdu] Elevator doors

"In your dreams"  Too true! Sometimes instructors are not living in the real 
world.
I prefer to work Ben into the elevator, in case it's not really there, or, 
more likely, someone is standing in the doorway.
I don't remember discussing it with my trainer at all.
