Hello Holly, You make a very valid point. Not all sighted people are rude or insensitive and not all blind folks use tact when trying to make points about not depending on sighted help because sighted folks aren't always around. Whether we are rude or helpful shouldn't depend on sight or lack of it. Sheila Leigland
