Hey Cristal,
No stupid questions here - no such thiing! LOL!  The national NAGDU 
(National Association of Guide Dog Users) also has affiliates in many states 
in the U.S.  The one you asked about is the New Jersey affiliate.  Here in 
California, we have CAGDU - California Association of Guide Dog Users.

I know it all sounds like alphabet soup - like what Campbell Soup used to 
put out in the 1960s.
