These references cannot be related to you at all.

The references must fill out sheets that Pilot will send them. 

The references can be mobility instructors, counselors, or friends.

I have received a letter from pilot, and they gave us the medical forms to
have the eye doctor and main doctor fill out. Mom read me the rules, and I
am very, very excited!!!

Wahoo!! Possibly my very first dog!!!
