[nagdu] Seeking Guide dog Training agreements

[National Association of Guide Dog Users]

Dear All,

                The National Association of Guide dog Users is seeking the
written agreements training programs require consumers to sign. We have
requested this information from the programs directly and have received only
one response from Guide dogs of America. We do have agreements from the
following programs sent to us by other consumers. 

 

Guide Dogs for the Blind

Fidelco Guide Dogs

Leader Dogs for the Blind transfer of ownership (need original agreement)

Southeastern Guide Dogs
