[nagdu] walking guide dogs?

I do like Shannon, for similar reasons. I don't take Ben on walks with just
the leash. He is apt to sniff and sometimes mark while in harness, and I
don't want to encourage these behaviors. He's free to do whatever he likes
in our fenced yard.
When he's retired, he can take leash walks, and sniff and pee as much as he
likes. But, while he's a working guy, no.
