[nagdu] Kilometers with guide

Hi,

I am race walking with my guide not running.  I hurt my Tibia and have to build bone mass.  Running is too painful but race walking is not.  Race walking is faster than power walking that why I maintain control of my guide. She loves it more than I, smile.
