[nagdu] Disabled man's dog snatched from soup kitchen

This happened right in my backyard not literally ). I am glad he got his dog back, but I agree that it was not a smart decision to tie his dog up outside, even for a moment. Raleigh is full of petty thieves looking for valuables to steal and a well trained, purebred dog would be a great find for any of them. Years ago, I had a purebred Bengal cat who was sold under my nose by a petsitter. I have learned my lesson after that and never let anyone I don't know well or that has a company with a good reputation petsit for me in this city. Even then, I doubt I would chance it with my precious guide dog.
