[nagdu] Laws Regarding relieving

I'm not sure about that law either, but yeah, it's not safe at all for a dog
to relieve with trash in the gutter, and in my opinion, a lot more people
would get mad if a dog was relieving herself in the middle of a sidewalk.

Don't know about the law. But I would iether look fror another place or
continue to use that one. Hanging clothes by dumpsters! Sounds yuckier than
picking up doggie do back there!
