Really!
hanging your clothes near the dumpsters.
I have heard it all. At least for today.

Have a blessed day.

Subject: [nagdu] Laws Regarding relieving

Hi all,
About a week or so ago, I was relieving Spritz by the big trash cans and
sort of in front of the parking garage. One of the neighbors came out and
saw me; she asked me to take my dog "on the sidewalk or in the street".
Since I just came back with spritz, I was focusing on her doing her business
and sort of smiled/nodded at the lady. I've been continuing taking Spritz
out at the same place. Last night she called one of my roommates and was
furious. She said that she hangs her clothes out to dry by the dumpsters and
that people walk in that area. She wants me to take my dog out in the
streets or on the sidewalks. However, it's not exactly safe to have Spritz
relieve in the street or the gutter since people throw stuff (trash, etc.)
and I don't think it's a good idea to have her relieve on the sidewalk. I'm
not exactly sure what to do since I get her point but I've been picking up
after her every time. I'm also not sure what the law says regarding this.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Best, Hannah
