[nagdu] Meetings Between Dogs

I think a good rule is to keep my dog close to me, unless everyone has
agreed that's not necessary in a given situation. Not that I haven't
sometimes gotten distracted and let the dog wander around at the end of his
leash, but keeping him close is a good goal.
