[nagdu] Disclosing guide dog?

Personal opinion is that I do not notify hotel of my guide. If I am now, staying with a friend or family member, in their private home, I do tell them about my pup. I have not as of yet run into any issues at hotels/motels/campgrounds or places people stay over night.
