Karyn, I also use milk thistle for Wanagi, as Fluconazole,which is used for
Valley Fever, is very hard on the liver.Right now she is off the medicine
and doing well.I will get her tested again in June to see if the VF titer
has gone up,stayed low,or has gone down more. I hope she can stay off the
meds, but i will put her back on if she needs it.I am also using Alfalfa
greens for my 15 year old Bearded Dragon as it helps with heart issues and
it helps get rid of accumulated fluid.Puff has congestive heart failure.I
know that reptiles are off topic but I thought some one on the list might
benefit from the knowledge of using Alfalfa greens for that particular
condition, which is not just limited to reptiles.Also Wanagi is a career
changed guide dog trainee.She washed out because of the Valley Fever.Shaman
and Maximus both have skin problems due to allergies.I give them Flax Seed
Oil and it has made a big difference. I also have researched the various
conditions of all my animals,so I can give them  the best possible care and
treatment.I do feel that it is very important. Mardi and Shaman and Neechee.
