Hi John,  Mardi from Arizona here.What kind of cane tip are you using?When
I used a cane,in between dogs,I found that I had the same problems. My cane
would get caught in holes and crevices and I would break my cane.My O&M
instructor recommended a ball tip.I have one here that I am not using. I
can send it to you if you want it.Write me off list with your address if
you want me to send it to you.  Mardi and Shaman and Neechee.
