Belated update 
I am so sorry! I have been home for a week and didn't update you guys. I feel bad for that. 
The two week program was super intense. It took a lot out of me. But I made it! 
The new dog, a yellow lab golden retriever cross, is named Pebbles. She will be two next month. She loves to play and licks a lot. So far her work has been good. 
I am training her to find the steps outside our apartment because that seems hard for her. I am also working hard to maintain hand and body positions. So far, so good. 
A trainer is coming Monday and Tuesday for a couple of hours each day to make sure we are working out. She was already coming to the area for something else, so she figured she could stop by.
