Hi all, I have just subscribed to this list.  My name is Debby 
and I live in Spokane, Washington.  A little about me, I'm a 
graduate of CCB, have a master's in theological studies, a 
bachelor's degree in social services from George Fox University 
in Oregon.  Currently, I live with my husband, our cat flounder, 
a rescue cat, my retired Seeing Eye dog Lamar, and my new Seeing 
Eye dog Neena.  Neena and I just returned from Seeing Eye on July 
30.  At the moment, I work as a temp in manufacturing at the 
Inland Lighthouse for the Blind in Spokane, and also have one 
student I am working with in finishing contracted braille.  At 
the moment, Neena is lying quietly at my feet, but for much of 
the time when at home, she is showing just how much puppy she 
still has in her.  Lol.  I must admit that I will be very glad 
when she no longer needs to be leashed to me.  (Grin).  But I 
love her, and daily as we work together I know that she will grow 
into the excellent guide she was trained to be, and I will 
hopefully be the excellent handler I was trained to be.  (Smile).  
Well, that's enough of an introduction, and probably too much.  
I'm looking forward to being on this list.    Debby partnered
