7. All list members should include at least a first name and email address
in the signature of each post. As of May 2014 the email management program
that NFBnet utilizes does not allow for the easy access of who an email is
from or the email in which the email is from. We should always be aware of
who the author is. Email addresses should also be included as if members
would like to take an conversation off list they have easy access to that
address. Most email programs have a signature feature if you would like
assistance in setting up that signature that is included in every email
program please ask fellow techie list members how to set that up.

Please note that, if you are using the Standard HTML view of the Gmail web
interface and using the signature feature, when you reply to or forward an
email, the signature appears below the original text instead of where you
would expect it to appear. If you are in this situation and would like
fixing this, please email me *off list* at tnicole at wavecable.com.
