Hi Abby,
How long have you been back at school? Has your dog lived in this 
particular apartment before?

If you've just moved in, it's a good idea to give her a extra park time 
here and there. Your dog could be feeling some anxiety because of the 
move to school. On walks, be sure to be attentive to your dog, make sure 
that she is listening to your commands. If she's not, stop for a few 
minutes and refocus her. Do some obedience with her, and once you feel 
comfortable with that; continue on your way.
