hi!

My husband and I are going to fly to NYC with United Airlines over Christmas. I am wondering what experiences anyone has had with them, traveling with a guide dog?

So far my experience has been overly positive, but I have heard horror stories about airlines within Canada and the USA.  Any experiences would be welcome.

We originally were going to have nonstop flights, but they discontinued that flight, so now we are connecting in Chicago.
