[nagdu] Count-down to NYC - 14 days!!!

So things are looking up for our trip to NYC; our flight leaves in 14 days! I couldn't be happier!

We have the MuttMuffs and a portable water dish at the ready (though I doubt Jenny will drink on the plane).  I know the general wisdom is to not let dogs eat before a flight, but Jenny is an absolute hellion on an empty stomach, so this wisdom does NOT ring true for us.  We have a brief layover in Denver, and then off to NYC! Technically we land at Liberty in NJ, but still..

The etails of our trip are starting to really take shape; months ago we bought hockey tickets to a Rangers game.  I decided to request accessible seating just for the extra room, and because I don't know the facility well.  The MuttMuffs will be at the ready so that Jenny won't be bothered by the home team scoring (the horn bugs her here)

I have contacted the hotel this week advising of a couple of other things, and am  just waiting for them to get back to me about a preferred relieving area if any.  This is the B&B I wasn't sure of whether it fell under the exceptions of the ADA... so I will be taking a printout of the letter saying that they are OK with us bringing Jenny.

W'We've got three walking tours booked, are planning a holiday lights bus tour, and I am going to MoMa while my husband takes a TV and Movie sights bus tour!  We also got tickets to "You can't Take it With You" on Broadway!!!

In other news, thanks for the pointers on relieving on concrete; we had our first successful concrete relieve this past weekend... not without doubt on Jenn's part, let me tell you!
