Thanks, Daryl, I appreciate your support.

Well, at least, it's a step in the right direction, but we have a ways to
go.

As near as I can figure out, the driver will try to pass the whole thing off
as a "miscommunication," which of course it wasn't.  There has to be
communication in order to have a miscommunication, and the driver flat out
refused Mich without ever talking to me.

I'm going to hold off until after court proceedings before deciding whether
to submit a Human Rights complaint as well.

If the court doesn't take the matter seriously, the Human Rights Commission
will be the next step.

I just received confirmation from the RCMP that the driver who refused to
give my wife and I a ride last month has been charged under Alberta's
Service Dogs Act.

He is scheduled to appear in court mid-January.
