[nagdu] benson biting his nails

My pet does that. You could get them checked at the vets office. Until then, 
try bitter apple. I've used it with my dog Pez. It doesn't hurt them but 
tastes really bitter! He used to run when he saw the bottle and I had to put 
it in my pocket first but it worked!
