[nagdu] Haltis and Scavenging WAS Retiring a dog early

Hi Sheila.
It would really bug me if a trainer did something that was affecting my 
dog's work, and didn't tell me he was going to do it.  It feels 
disrespectful.
I expect you were annoyed, too.
