So waht specifically was the guy's disabliikty?  And how was the dog 
specifically trained to help him with his disability?

Without those two elements, hie is not covered under the ADA's provisions 
mandating access for his dog.

Forgive me, but this sounds like an emotional pitch to sell products to 
people whose dogs don't qualify for access under the ADA.  As always, I 
could be wrong.
