[nagdu] [and] Navigating Ice

Hi,

I was wondering how to deal with this myself.  I was thinking, I know that these are very smart dogs, so what if you told your dog to slow down on the ice, and if he doesn't you fall down, show him what can happen.

Only do this when you have time and are not running to the bus, like when you go out just for a walk.  If you might hurt yourself don't do it, but show the dog that you will end up on the ground. I don't know, it was just a thought.

The Pro has a strap that goes over the front part of the boot so to help
prevent loosing in the snow.
I take a 13 and the anti slip company suggested to get a 14.  Keep in mind
that the yacktracks if pulled too tight from toe to heel can stress the band
that attaches the coils.  Call Nolan at the anti slip company he is an
abundance of help.  Andy and Shubert

Hello,
So it looks like the yak trax will be in my future. Can someone tell me
though how to determine the size to buy and what the different is between
the pro and the walk? I think the walker might be ok for me but I did not
know if the pro might work better when walking further distances.

Hi Elizabeth,

I have a pair of those yack trakks and they work well to keep you from
falling on the ice.On a side note though, when you put them on inside, just
be careful when walking on wood, tile and aluminuim floors because you will
slide. Also if you're going from the outside to the inside of a building,
when you get inside the building take off the yack trakks because there not
made to be able to walk on floors I mentioned above. Take care.
