If you are asking if one has to pay for the Leader Dog AMP program or is
based on one's ability to pay, the answer is neither as the program is of no
cost to those who are accepted into it.

That is one of the few places where one can get o&m; I don't know if one has
to pay for it or if it depends on one's ability to pay.
	I am glad Leader can offer this, as if you don't have an open case3
with your VR agency, you may not get any, and often, you see your combo
person once a month, if you're lucky, and there's no way that is enough to
become a competent traveler which, I believe, is why so many adventitiously
blind people apply for guide dogs.
