[nagdu] Picking up in the Snow?

I have kind of become familiar with Filix's routine. He circles a few
times, then I can feel where he is squatting, at least most of the time. I
use a bag on my hand and don't mind if I pick up some snow with the deposit.
I would rather be sure that I got it all. This proves thatwe can
discuss any aspect of having a guide dog on the list.

Tracy, I've had that snow drift experience and in that case, it can damn
well stay there and end up as a dehydrated weapon in spring; rather like
a ping-pong ball. And yes, those dogs know what they're doing to us; if
not why did mine always wag his tail after a mountain top poop.
Damn, this is fun!
