[nagdu] Musher secret

Hi Rox, I have a question for you. I'm also deaf-blind and have been working with my first guide for a little over a month. My dog happens to be a dog that seems to attract people. I have had a few people try to pet her while walking however, I was with someone at those times and was told what was going on. How can I deal with this when I can't hear them do it because they don't say anything? I wear hearing aids so I have enough hearing that most people don't realize I'm deaf-blind. I can communicate verbally easily in a lot of situations but not in really noisy places. Any ideas would be appreciated.
