I am considering something like this as well.  I haven't used this myself, but RC Pet Products makes some good stuff, and they ahve leash luggage.  Check our www.rcpets.com

Does anyone use leash luggage? Am looking for maybe a small something to fit
on a gdb harness to hold maybe a roll of bags, id, and bus card. Does this
