That just made me smile! Justice served! I love it when people totally think they're getting away with something too, you know, they apologize on behalf of their dog and walk away, and them boom! The hammer of justice comes down on their heads. Anyway, that was great, and hope the cop finally nocked some sense into that idiot with the loose dog.
