I would advise the use of essential oils for the pain and
inflammation. Heritage essential oils has a blend called bones and
joints that would be perfect. You might also want to use Birch,
Coriander, German Chamomile, Ginger, Oregano, Marjoram, Turmeric, or
Vetiver. Lots of options there, and some of them are in the same
family, but any of them will help tremendously.
