[nagdu] Garbo update

	Thank you so much for the update on Garbo. I can well imagine how
stressful and scarey this all must be for you. I will lift you up in prayer
asking God to keep both you and Garbo safe on your vacation. Also I will
pray for the medication Garbo has been given to work wonders.

Hi all,
Sorry its taken me so long to respond.
I've jsut had a real heavy heart about all this.
Finally this Thursday my vet made the diagnoses of kidney disease.
She's unwilling to say how bad it is yet.
Right now we're adding more calcium and fat to the diet, and changing a few
ingredients, and will recheck her blood and urine in 2 or 3 weeks.
I feel so sad for my girl.
She leaks urine a lot, especially at night, I'm afraid to take her to public
places, but the vet says if that continues we can go on a medicine for it.
Right now she still seems like her happy little self, so she's still gonna
be a guide dog.
With kidney disease there are a lot of unknowns, so we'll just take it
1 day at a time and let her do what she can.
We leave for vacation today, and she's going with us for a week.
Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers.
I'll update again after the next bout of blood work.
