[nagdu] B&bs and the ADA

Hi!
I called the ADA information line this morning, and received the following information re B&bs, etc.  A B&B can refuse service dogs if the following criteria are met:
1) the owner is living on-site
AND
2) The property has five suites or less.

The B&B I am considering renting does have a no-pets policy, and 4 suites. i don't believe the owner lives on site.

Thought the info might be helpful to some.
