Good points, Sherrie and Tracy; it might help as another tool, but I won't
trade something like that for my guide dog.

not to mention, I can't imagine a smart phone app or case doing intelligent
disobedience or pulling you out of the way of an oncoming car int he street.

Besides, who would want to waive their phone in front of their body? One,
it's annoying. Two, it went attract  burglars.
