[nagdu] Law Regarding Attacks on Service Dogs

Guys, I must appologize. Blame it on all the basketball I am watching! I 
read the thing and my mind thaught, a tax not attacks! As far as the latter 
goes I've heard of several in the news but I don't know anyone who has been 
attacked. I don't think its as common as we might think but it does happen.
