	We may want to try again. I would bet the AG's office has a civil
rights division of some sort.

I'll have to see if I have it on my work computer tomorrow. Pretty sure I
do. Sadly, when we contacted the Texas Attorney General, the staff denied
any responsibility to enforce the state access laws or even take complaints.
