Did anyone notice the following:

"...generally recognized by agencies involved in the rehabilitation of 
persons with disabilities as reputable and competent to provide 
animalswith such training to aid a particular physically disabled person 
..."

So the rehab agencies are involved in dog training now? How scary is that?
