Exactly. That's how I read it. My hair has no hope of ever not standing 
on end again. /shudder/

I'm waiting to see what happens with some legislation a few guide dog 
users in Oregon are proposing. There was a quite good bill that didn't 
make it through, but instead of trying to work on getting that moved 
forward, they are wanting to have disability records opened for public 
inspection, as well as a special tag for those who get licensing fees 
waived for their service dogs, stuff like that. I'm hoping the 
legislators they are approaching will put the nix on most of it, but we 
shall see. /shakes head/
